This is a must have for me!
With SSD harddrive and the Intel Atom Z520 I think this will be a quick little devil.
One thing I miss is a better webcam... :(

Thanks for the great information. I’m really looking forward to Eee PC T91. Usually I tend to avoid such small display laptops but this one will go great in my car because of it’s built in GPS. Being a student I can also use it in lectures. I think judging from the lack of Wacom Penabled logos all over everything, it's passive, which is kind of meh but for a netbook I suppose it's passable. Then again, it's also lacking in Intel and Windows logos so that might not be a good indication, but I think it would mention on the spec sheet if it was Wacom.

A tablet is useless without wacom penabled technology…otherwise these sound really great for me, would go with the larger screen I think.

As previously reported, ASUS is spreading its bets on two types of tablets. One will run Google’s Android OS and the other will be the Eee Pad running Windows 7. ASUS chooses to first deliver the Windows 7 device and see the response it gets. The Android tablet is not expected anytime soon. The latter tablet is most certainly meant as a competitor to the iPad as it’s so lightweight (as in software and hardware).

I wondering what ASUS is going to do with their future tablets in response to the iPad?

I would choose the 101H because of the size. I would even go a little larger, like a piece of paper, 8.5x11 or even legal size!

Have they decided when to release? I will be in the US in Sept/Oct!

The T91 is cute but if it's XP Home then you miss out speech recognition (unless you buy Office or a third party speech product) and maybe writing recognition (someone said a third party writing product is there?) Vista, you have to buy I guess and you're unsupported. Windows 7, which edition, do they all have tablet features and speech? Someone said Starter Edition? 3G built in: YES. Then I want either an actual phone there or Skype. TV: well, reception here is poor. Say, did you say GPS or GPRS? Different critters entirely.

I want more RAM, and you'd better back up that SSD storage regularly. (Second drive is an SD card? Really?) This is not meant to be your main PC, unless you're poor.

In Star Trek the data "padds" did not accept voice commands. Maybe that was because there'd been that incident? Next Gen episode with the mutated tricorder? Anyway we may be actually overtaking the Enterprise now.
